If your Looking for a Ball that hooks a good bit but mostly on the backend this is the ball for you......this ball rolls fantastic I shot 279 with it the other day I think of it as a Vibe with more punch....Hope this helps

agreed. My boss (hammer staff) threw his and its lopes through teh front and is powerful  in the back like the vibe, only stronger. This ball (doom series) is to replace the Blades so it must work well

I drilled mine a 5 1/2/90degree with the pin aprox an 1in over my ring.....this ball drilled weaker than my vibe runs a circle around my vibe.

Go ahead and order it.  It is fantastic.  Great stronger compliment to the Vibe, this ball will be one to start with and move to the Vibe as they begin to burn a bit.  My Vibe and Doom are drilled very similar, but the Doom is MUCH stronger overall.  Any other questions about this or the Hawg Wild, please feel free to message me.

Good Luck and High Scores!!!

Had it drilled up on Tuesday & tried it out that nite. Worked real well & rolls very nice, very smooth. It did not work as well last nite as this house changes the shot from one nite to the next. I have a 3/4 gash in my grip side of my bowling thumb so it is a little tough to throw the ball properly.  It looks to be a nice replacement for one of my Pure Hammers at this point. It seems that the cover does not pick up much oil when I cleaned it for the 1st time last nite.

Are you comparing this ball to the pure?  I would think that the doom would be much stronger than the pure.

Wow, I must have missed this one, but the PURE and DOOM are entirely different.

NOT EVEN CLOSE

I throw Track right now but do admit this Doom ball looks interesting.

Anyone else throw this ball?  I'm curious about it and would like to hear some more reviews.

Chittown I don't give reviews ordinarily but my experience with it is that it turns pretty quick on the dry. Revs strong in the mid lane. I was afraid when I saw the cover I had just bought another Sling blade which was either to early or skid to much plus lots of splits if it wasn't perfect this ball is a bit more user friendly for me. A better bowler than me could do alot with the ball. It does seems to carry well for me and is great for hooking into spares as well.

Thanks bud.  I think i'm going to pick one up.  I like the core specs and the cover looks cool.  I was just worried that this cover would cause the ball to skid too far.  The only way to tell is to try it for myself.

I love Track balls but would like to try this hammer out.  I had a pure hammer black and it was a great ball.  Very controllable.  So I figured aside from my like for Track balls I would give this one a shot as well.  I read some good things about this ball form BTM.
