Hammer Seminar A+
« on: January 15, 2010, 10:43:33 PM »
My buddy who runs the pro shop at our center and I recently attended the Hammer/Columbia 300 Seminar. Talk about VERY informative material. Jeff Ussery did the Hammer session, and Chad Murphy did the Columbia 300 presentation.

The info on coverstocks, prepping, abralon, core dynamics, the marriage of core/coverstock together, was all priceless. As soon as you leave the seminar, you're already wondering what ball to "tinker" with on the cover first with the 500-500-4000-4000, etc. surface prep.

Both guys did an excellent job, and pointed out some great things. If you can make it to one of these seminars-GO!! Ihaven't thrown any Columbia stuff in a long time, but the presentation on the Total Bedlam is the real deal for a "hook monster". I went with the Jigsaw Corner, and couldn't be happier about it so far. Thanks again Jeff and Chad!
