Title: Hammer Triple XXX info?
Post by: bowlingman817 on May 15, 2019, 11:31:39 PM
Seen some x-outs pop up on ebay but the box doesn't say what the cover is. Wondering if anyone had any idea what strength of cover is on it, also any idea what type of core it has. Not much info I could find on it.

Hammer XXX X-Out Bowling Ball
Line Hammer
Coverstock :Seduction Solid
Core :Flawless
RG : (2.57)
Differential (.036)
Intermediate
Diff n/a
Factory finish : 500/1000/2000 Polish Abralon®
Cleared USBC :Yes

These balls could be half weights (meaning they are a few ounces shy of full weights) low or high top weights, long or short pins or CG out of line. All of which will not significantly impact performance with the new USBC rules in place.

Polished solid, I'd go for it, it's all the rage at storm, roto and 900 right now. Low end solid with polish is good stuff!

The ball actually shows a MB marking on it so I don't know if that info about the flawless core is all that accurate. I seen the info from bowlersmart but it's not showing any numbers for intermediate diff so it still has me a little confused.

EBI seems to put an MB on every ball like it’s cool. It’s probably .008 int diff or something.

The Hammer XXX bowling ball with the Seduction Solid coverstock can be had for $69 at bowlersmart... lol. I would have put that particular ball at that particular price too.

Kinetics!

Get ball line and core, probably my favorite from them when I still tossed EBI...

I got a light 16# Purple Hammer x-out and I absolutely love the weight (and love that ball).  X-outs can be better in some cases in addition to saving some $$$.
