 Looked at it.  Better than nothing.  A ball spinner and CAB will give you more consistent results much faster and easier.

I have one, it works ok. I generally use my spinner instead though. If you don't have the money and/or space for a spinner, then this is a workable alternative. But a spinner is much more versatile.
