it's obvious..

Hawg: CT particle coverstock, Hawg core

Zilla: Ultra-Violent reactive coverstock, modified (stronger) Hawg core

oh whoops..

Strike Zone: Activator Solid coverstock ( not OIL ABSORBING )

Zilla: Ultra Violent Reactive coverstock ( OIL ABSORBING!! )

those are the main differences between them.. the coverstocks. the Zilla can probably handle more oil than the Strike Zone, and the Zilla will probably have a stronger backend ( Zilla has stronger core and coverstock combo )

Hope that helps!

hammer33 is right on here i have all of these balls, the zilla is the perfect name for this hooking beast. Only the lane super carbide bomb touches the hook potential of the balls i have ever thrown which is 600 plus right now total.

I have to agree with mrbowlingnut.. I have thrown all the hawgs including the regular blue hawg and the zilla for sure has more total hook that the all of them including the original. You also have to remember, the original hawg is 1000 oob and the zilla is 4000.. You take the zilla down to 1000 and I am not sure you could keep it on the right side of the headpin on any condition..

I have had the SCB and I did not care for it. It was great IF you had oil, but the minute the oil goes away, it was no longer usable. The zilla can be used on burnt up shots as well..
