In my personal opinion, (and this is only if you are looking to stay with Ebonite/Hammer only) the Overtime would be the best possible option out of the three balls that you listed. With the proper surface prep and drilling, it could easily fit into that control (but still strong) slot. If you are looking for something that could be a little more aggressive (in terms of OOB oil handling capability) look no further than the Pain.
That said, I would also suggest that you check out either Roto-Grip's RSX (or a Horizon with the polish knocked off), or Storm's Thunderstuck Solid. Both are strong, hard hitting balls that also carry that extra benefit of some built in control.
