i got my no mercy tuesday. I had it drilled as recommended by hammer and went to the lanes. I only had 2 balls my dry heat and the no mercy. lanes were ths that had been oiled earlier in the day ,but they are syntheic and i think i got one of the fresher pairs. I stood 20 with my dry heat and got it to 10 and left the 10 pin,this told my there was some oil and probably would give me a good idea of what the nm should do. Long story short the ball was hooking a ton and carrying the world. give it room and watch it run. off pocket brooklyn you name it it would carry.
    Wed. league night cant wait to bowl. get to the lanes and i cant hold the ball. falling off my hand. So i decide to warm up with my passion alternating just trying to loosen up. I am waiting for my nm to come back and it doesnt. someone else bowls not knowing there are balls stacked up so now there are 5 balls behind my nm. A few minutes after we call for ball return the lane mans walks up the lane and asks whos hammer it is and i say mine . He says be carefull it might be hot.the ball was caught between the return wheel and a pin and was just spinning.
     When the ball came back from the return it was pretty scratched up and hot.took it to the proshop and he said it could be fixed ,which was a relief. What luck . brand new ball. expecting to realy shoot well with it only to have the lanes chew it up. To top that my second choice for the night, my passion,also endured a 3 by /1/2by1/8in. gash chunck out of it. 2 balls ruined in one night during warm ups. Now now only am i a bum ,but i have the worst luck .
    they were both fixed ,but the nm doesnt seem to move like it did. the guy in the proshop was only able to get thje surface to 200 he said. He said he didnt have the equipment to take it to 4000. Tryed to use it last night on a fresh shot,ths,but i had to play it straight up 7 standing on 20. and if i missed in speed or angle i left a 10 pin. the ball drove hard to the pocket just wouldnt carry.I dont think it will ever be the same. i would have thought the 2000 would have made it stronger . I guess thats what you get when you chase the pot of gold,empty pipe dreams.

they resurfaced it ,but they said they were doing me a favor in doing that. I am going to see if the warranty will cover it. All I know is this ball isnt much better than stuff i already have as it is now
