Ok so I always wanted this ball... never got a chance, and was always scared to pick one up used as I had heard some horror stories about drilling snafus and cover failure with poor maintenance.
All that said, I want to get it right when I get this thing punched up. I'm more stroker than tweener, but I can swing the ball a little bit. Usual shot is standing around 25, and throwing out to 10.
I know the HART needs to be in the track, anything else to think about from the old No Mercy faithful? I know there were a few of you out there.
With this and my new Blue Vibe, I'm excited.
Looking for any 14lb Hammers, particularly older oddball stuff. So if you have a 14lb Diesel or Vicious or something laying around, shoot me a PM
mine was 4 1/2" pin to pap and hart in the 3-4 track ring and a monster before it cracked.
The harder I try the harder they fall
I just picked up a single drill in excellent shape. The ball is very strong... very strong on the back end. I've played with a couple of different surface preps.. 2000 grit abralon is a little too strong for me (even with decent oil, have to play fairly deep). Probably going to end back at the original 4000 grit abralon.
As for layout, check the pdf out above.

This is one of my alltime favorite balls. I drilled mine according to the Mercy spec sheet. I used the #1 drilling for a high track roll. For both of the No Mercy balls with this drilling I have shot 300,300, 250 ish. Good luck with this ball.
