Not real weak at all imo. Quite a bit of hook from a lower level ball. I sold mine to a teammate who has shot 300 and 800 in the last few weeks with it using it on fresh patterns. He has a lot of hand and the patterns aren't real heavy oil but nonetheless....he is using it to start the night.
It was only about 3-4 boards less than my Burst when I shelved it.

I have been using my Blue/Silver Backlash all season but they have made an alteration to the lane condition so I was in search of a ball just a little stronger, Well the Blue/Silver has an FCC rating of 9 and the Midnight Vibe has a 10 so I thought...YES!!!!!
Well I got a whole lot more than I bargained for. The Midnight is smoother through the front part of the lane (due to the 4000 + polish as compared to the 2000 matte I have on the Blue/Silver) and has a SIGNIFICANTLY stronger breakpoint and backend. FYI both ball are drilled 60x4x60. The Vibe has a P3 hole while the Backlash is closer to a P4.
I have fallen in love with this ball and it is #1 out of the bag right now.

My Midnight Vibe is definitely stronger than I anticipated, it is too strong for my Thursday night league, I switched to a Track 300C which is much better. On the other hand the Midnight Vibe has been my go to ball several Saturday nights as the pattern breaks down and my Pure Physics is too much. For me it will handle medium light to medium oil.
