Thats nothing special really, if you watch the Anger video, the same bowler on the same house shot with the same release is deeper with the Anger with just as much off the spot in my opinion.  I don't think I will spend the money for it, but thats jmo.

Haha, I know what you mean, but I didn't want to start that fire again.  I have been getting a chubie over the Anger of late and had just watched that video earlier, I just don't see the bite as being as aggressive as the Anger and why spend MORE for what looks to be less?  The 2 are close enough to not justify both of them, and the original BW with the Anger could make a nice combo if you drilled them slightly different.. whatever not my money and I know it will sell, but I for the first time will say that the hype was too much.

yea, and his videos of the solid and bite, the balls were drilled almost the same, i don't see why buy the bite when the solid is just as strom in my opinion, its the smae ball, new name. Just look at the specs of The Real Deal ball and compare withthe Original Black Widow, Same ball, new name, different colors, See what im getting at.

Great points...  I think the anger is a bit earlier, while the BW line is more angular (well, at least so far).  I like the BWs but still keep the Hawgzilla around in a rough state in case I cross some tourney with a Texas flood.

I think that guy throwing in those videos makes every ball he throws look about the exact same. I don't think I have ever seen much of a difference between any balls he throws. Not trying to knock him because he does throw a great ball, just that it seems that he is playing the same line with every ball with a very similar look. It is hard to tell the difference without it being on a more difficult shot too sometimes.

Keep in mind that THS can make a majority of balls look the same motionwise on that particular pattern, especially theirs.

They really need to throw some variance in the patterns to highlight the pros and cons with the ball being showcased.

There is some similarity in the shots on each of the balls you mentioned, but hey....they know what sells.

HOOK!

And a majority of your bowlers like to see it.

I do admit though, to me, something about this Widow actually interests me in it. And I didn't have any luck with the original BW, one of the very few too. Never tried the BWP as the houses I bowl at, pearls are too skittish for my rev rate and speed.

I bought the Bite after not having any luck with the original. I know it might not have been the best decision, but I have improved a lot since I had the original so I think I will find a use for the Bite. I was one of the few around here that threw the original and didn't care for it much. I also switched drillers and think I have been getting better drillings on my new stuff so I think that can only help. I'll let people know wht I think of tjhe Bite once I get it on some oil.

The music is almost enough to make me NOT want to buy the ball.  Man, who picks that crap!
