What's the different between blue and purple Vibe
« on: November 30, 2006, 03:12:06 AM »
I am looking for dry lane ball. Sounds like the Vibe will do that, just wondering what's the different between the two different color.
Thanks

I am currently using the blue one. Most people will tell you that the blue is more aggressive than the purple. The only difference is the coverstock

Solid resin coverstock on the blue, pearl resin cover on the purple....

While cannot speak to the purple vibe's ability, the blue vibe is NOT a dry lane ball.  I just had one drilled up two weeks ago hoping it would be a good match for dry lanes, but it hooks quite a bit (too much on dry) and matches up to medium conditions for me.  The blue is a solid reactive, not a pearl.  Hope this helps.
