It is large, 15 mb or so (just over 6 minutes long), I do have an 11 mb version I can upload instead if people want.. There is something like 40 different shots I think it is about 6 min long. I have shots from inside 4th arrow... Standing on 20,25,27,30,35... playing over ten and out, up seven, etc.. Shots at the breakpoint, from an elevated camera position, from an angled position.. The different lines should allow you to see the strength of the pain cover to the doom, some shots the pain recovers a bit more than the doom while the doom skids on the BP just a touch more... Also the shots from up 7 were supposed to show how quickly the ball takes off, not intended to get strikes... I think I should have left those shots out, but you let me know..
The balls are thrown on Fresh THS on two ends of the house (1&2 are highest scoring pair, 15&16 lowest scoring)... Balls are both 4 x 3 1/2 with hole on PAP OOB surface.. Pain might be 1/8 longer....
THERE ARE EXPLICIT LYRICS IN ONE OF THE SONGS if anyone is offended by that! (Second half of video)

Also, I can get the doom to work, I just wasn't making quality shots....
My BP was very inconsistent.

And I would not normally play over ten. There is too much recovery for that ball and too much early read. I would probably play stand 27 over 15 to about 7... Then when that starts hooking too much or too early, I will switch to the Doom and move in a few boards..
I threw those shots to let everyone see the different angles and reactions off the ball.. I was not throwing for a strike on every ball but I was trying to get to the pocket on the inside angles..

maybe you shouldn't post such ignorant comments because I wasn't talking about ripping the ball. and yes, being too early and sliding through your shot can cause your ball to get too quick off your hand and blow right through your breakpoint and boom, washout. and when I said "stop-hit-release" i was meaning that in a millisec interval which would be TIMED correctly. GG..

I have all my numbers on the computer at work. But I think my speed is 17 mph and RPM is 350-400.. I am not 100% sure, but that is close...

Also, you were absolutely right to throw those balls down 7 in your comparison it's an apples to apples comparison of how early the ball starts to take off. Not everyone will have equal ball speeds or revs, nor will play the same lines but it is easy to tell when each ball starts to grab the lane and by that they can determine which ball would best suit what they are looking for.
Great job on the vid, but more so on the actual ball comparison.

My total speed from 5 shots 16.97
My speed at the pins from 5 shots 15.68
These numbers were taken from Ebonite Bowlers MAP, place a piece of tape from PAP to over finger holes and use the RPM Calculator.. These were readings from a few months ago...

Heck yes you need 3 or 4 of each. Right now I have 2 of each. I have everything covered.
I brought this to the top for someone that is interested in the PAIN. This way he has an idea of how it rolls.

Yes those conditions look like a normal house shot. I use both my Pain and Doom on tough patterns and they both react great.
These two balls are great pieces of equipment for tough lane conditions.

I have only shot 2 sets under 650 since league started, a 550 and 552, both in the same week ( was very sick and hada sore back ) and I have been using primarily the Pain. Standing 35 throwing 18ish - 7ish... Avg 220 on Wed and 218 on Mon, last year my high was 205. I have been very happy with the balls, adnt the way I have been throwing them, coming off my hand really clean right now.
I have thrown the balls on some tournament patterns, 40+ footer and 35 footer. The pain played great up 5 on the short and the doom was butter 15-10 on the longer pattern. I have been planning on throwing down a tournament pattern and taking vids throwing on those, but I have been lazy and don't feel like getting the machine out.

I extend the tripod as high as it will go and the I set it on top of some chairs and tables and whatnot. I feel the height will give a better view of the ball reaction, I am not as worried about people seeing how I throw it, more in how the balls react.
I was hoping to get a No Mercy or Black Widow, but my dad drilled both of those for himself
If I ever get enough ambition, I would like to throw the balls on a tournament pattern and video those for everyone.
