Title: Road Hawg Question.....
Post by: Monster Stitch on April 12, 2006, 05:13:26 AM
I was wondering if the Road Hawg can actually be considered a
benchmark since it goes so long and smooth when polished?

It's the only Hammer i own so far since the rest of my arsenal is
Brunswick.

Let me know Hammer fans.

not if you are using it in comparison to the rest of the Hammer line.

I would also think that if the rest of your arsenal is B, then all your others would typically read it earlier than the Roady.

agreed with the above. Brunswick balls roll early, so they will more likely be better benchmark balls compared to a Road hawg, though my road hawg is my benchmark ball.

Any benchmark ball should be a ball you feel most comfortable.  I don't think the most verstile ball should be the one you choose as your "go to" benchmark ball.
