Some balls are strictly overseas release we don't see them here period.  Its up to the company.  Sometimes this is done (most notably by brunswick) because overseas lane conditions can be much different than US lane conditions so they make balls that cater to that market and not this one.  Sometimes ball companys make overseas balls that are exactly like their US counterparts or only slightly different and sometimes there are balls available outside th US that are never available here.  Like on that website the black real deal is just like the real deal here only black.  Sometimes they make balls overseas that are exactly like balls here spec wise and simply rename them.
