Chnging the cover on a CORNER
« on: March 24, 2010, 05:16:30 AM »
I just recently bought a corner and am still trying to find out how to really throw this ball.  I understand that this will defintately need some oil to be effective.  However, when going to Nationals or at a oilier house, i was thinking about bringing down the cover.  Has anyone changed the cover on the Jigsaw corner yet? If so what has been done? and how does it finish.  For example, i was thinking about sanding it down to either 1000 or 500.  Any feedback on this?
Throwing around 15-16 mph with med-high revs

polish will make it very very slid/flip I have one at 2000 and one 2000 polished with snake oil and they work together. both are drilled identical with both side weight and pin distance to pap. both are 4.5 x4.5 drilled pin down, weight hole in p3 location(size of 31/32 2 inch deep)

hope that helps you
