You knew it had to be coming, everyone..

Yes, Viz-A-Ball, For Hammer. Seeing talk before that there might be need for plastic/polyester with core, it appears that it won't be happening with the summer lineup.*  But for right now, some interesting gear coming for Hammer.

First, the Turbine and Diamond Plate Viz-a-Ball. Not much to say: pancake and polyester.

With those out of the way, we get to the Web Pearl and the Scorpion.

I'll let Chris Beans fill you in on these:


The Scorpion is a good replacement for the Web Tour Hybrid, with exception of the cover. The Scorpion comes with the Symtex Hybrid cover, which is the same cover on the Scandal/S, so we're looking at a 4 year old cover for this ball, plus may flare more. I'm loving the colors, but meh on it; plus with the fact that I finally was able to get my Web Tour Hybrid punched up and only have a game on it, I'm a pass.

The Web Pearl looks to be a full replacement of the original Web Pearl, except with no carbon fiber outer core, and the finish (Siaair versus Abralon), and pour (Hopkinsville versus Reynosa). Love the colors as well, but I'm still a pass.
