Title: Surface on No Mercy?
Post by: tvphotog on December 27, 2006, 05:27:54 AM
From what everyone has seen and bowled on. What surface works best on a No Mercy? 4000, 2000, 1000 or 500. I'm afraid to scuff it right now till I know what it can do.

4000 oob and let it get a shine on it from use and cleaning.mine looks like it's polished and I can only use it on heavier patterns.

I keep mine at 4000, OOB, but that's me and my conditions. It reads enough with the booming backend that I'm happy with it. Others might not want it there, but for what I see/do, it works great.

I'd leave it at 4000 unless you bowl on some really heavy stuff.
Even then I don't think I'd take it below 2000.
Make sure you keep it clean!
