TO me the original Legend was a nice piece, smooth with a nice mid-lane. (Both balls drilled the same)Dark Legend takes that to the next level, great mid-lane with more pop on the backend. I like the original, but the Dark is way better in so many ways. Hope this helps..

Ok I assumed it would be smooth on backend like the limited pearl compared to red legend pearl more mid and smoother off spot, not saying was bad ball just more smoother to my liking

the new cover on the DL gives it more predictability IMO
it reads a bit sooner and like mentioned above, more backend under the right conditions

I have both, the legend goes a lot longer and is more angular. The dark legend picks up a heavier midlane roll and is smooth.

Thanks 12xsech, that's the assumption I got , I had the limited edition pearl and comparing it to the red legend pearl it was much earlier and smoother to my liking not saying it was a bad ball and probably a good ball on right condition when somethings get to angular
