I have a hammer ball that I can't find Info on anywhere on the Internet. It is light blue in color with reddish/pink writing. Was my Dads ball and ive thrown a couple shots with is and this thing hooks. Won't let me attach photos so I'll have to set up a photobucket account

Is there any name on it, or does it just say "Hammer" on the side?
-
Just has hammer on 2 sides and in the palm is a circle around the pin and then has Fab written in the center
-
Solid blue? Pearl? It's a Faball, so it's before the buyout...
-
It's a solid. Very light blue with pinkish/red lettering
-
The original Blue Hammer was light blue but I don't believe it had red/pink writing.

It doesn't by chance have the word CLAW some where on it?

Didn't Faball put out another 3D Hammer Offset that was light blue in color? If I remember correctly is had light pink lettering as well
-
No claw on it. Just hammer On 2 sides then a red pin with circle around it then Fab in the circle. I took pictures of it but having troubles uploading with iphone

Let's see if this works.

The only three Fab Hammers I could locate that were blue with reddish/pinkish pins and/or engraving were the 3D Super Flip, 4D HPT, and PC2. It would seem strange to me that the other identifiying logos would've been gone though. On a different note, didn't some of the very late runs of the dull blue urethane Hammer have pinkish Hammer logos? For some reason I thought I remembered that. If you can get your pic uploaded, it'll help a lot.

Gene above I posted a link that will show 2 pictures of the ball in question

Before they went out of business, Faball re-made both the blue hammer and the maroon hammer.
The re-make maroon had a yellow pin and lettering, while the re-make blue had a RED PIN AND RED LETTERING.
I had one or a while, and it looked EXACTLY like the one in your picture, so I am absolutely sure it is a Faball re-make blue hammer.

Thank you juggernaut! I remember my dad purchasing this when he went to nationals many years ago. Next question is this ball worth me spending $50 bucks to redrill? I currently don't have any urethane in my arsenal.

Well, that depends. Urethanes are really considered "niche" balls these days, but when you NEED one, they work well. Just that most people don't NEED one much anymore.

But they had the "3 * D" logo on them. He says his only has "Hammer" logos on it and the crosshairs.

The blue 3D offdet was a pearl

The blue 3D offdet was a pearl
That would be the Super-Flip 3D Offset. I never found it to be a big hooking ball, but it still hit and carried well. Some of the older Blue Urethane Hammers used pink engraving as well, as did the Nasty Nail Extreme. Ah, the Hammers of old...

I loved Faball Hammers. Burgundy, 3D Maxx Hook, Sledgehammer, 4D, Spike... they were all awesome.
-
Could add several more to the list- 3D Violet, 3D Super Hook, 3D Violet Pearl, Truck... I never threw the Wheel however...
