Title: What size ball

Can anybody tell me what is the best way to determine what weight ball I need?

lets say its someone who is 13 years old, and kind of big for his age. Take a ball of lets say 12 pounds, tell the kid to close his eyes, and to stick out one hand. Then place the ball on his hand. If he can hold the ball and his hand is steady, then try the next weight up. Once u find one that is too heavy for the person, go to the weight right before it. But i recomend now a days that you stay with 14 or 15 lbs even for big guys and gals because they can play the lanes with more control and can play longer with out getting winded.

yea I dont think thats right. I weight about 210 and I throw 15#
