What's the difference between "The BIG DEAL" and the "Razor Blade"? and which one is better?

Big Deal- Stronger assymetrical core.  Gives the driller more options for shaping the breakpoint.

Razor Blade- Symetrical core, strong coverstock.  Very early rolling.

Both would be for heavier volumes of oil.  If you want more action off of the breakpoint go with the Big Deal.  For a smoother roll/earlier read go with the Razor Blade.

For me, the Big Deal is a sharp break, the Razor Blade is more an arc, but it could be the way I throw, just about the same as DP3 stated.

agreed with the above. Big Deal is longer and stronger than the Razor Blade which will start to hook sooner,.

Jason,

You probably get a better 'picture' than most of us. I do enjoy your opinions of the balls and I just get "lucky" every now and then. Don't stop on my account, I'll probably fall on my face on one of these, one day , and I hope you'll be there to straighten me out.

Have a Good One.
