The lanes are so dry & I have so many revs where I play that its either the Rhino, BTU pearl or Tzone as my strike ball.
Would the Widow Spare be closer to the Rhino or the Tzone? Im trying to figure out how many boards stronger it would be than the Tzone & less than a Rhino. Maybe Im just splitting hairs here & should leave well enough alone.

I'm familiar with someone who has the Rhino and a widow spare. The Rhino is definitely more ball but if you were to adjust the surface on the Widow Spare to maybe 1000 or lower you might be able to find something that will fall right between the Rhino and the T Zone due to your high rev rate. I think your question shows that you're thinking correctly. Can't speak for the BTU at all but I know others here should be able to help with that comparison. Kinda think that the BTU with little surface might be similar to the Widow Spare with a lot.

The Rhino is definitely more ball is the important thing you said. Does his widow spare go straight for spares like a normal poly ball or does it always hook more than a traditional Tzone White dot etc?

I just picked up a Track Spare +. A polyester ball like the Window Spare. At box finish and polished up it will go straight. Change the surface to suit your needs and you'll take the straight right out of it unless you roll it dead flat.
I'm loving my track spare +. 500 was too much. Now I keep it at 1000 or 2000 depending on what I'm seeing. When the heads and mid lane get burnt or tight and all else fails I can grab the spare +, move back right and crank it straight up between the 1and 2 arrow and keep the pocket. Entry angle isn't that strong so carry is an issue, but it will keep you out of trouble.

Rocky said it very well. Once you put some surface on the Widow Spare it will hook to the point that it won't be much of a corner pin spare ball unless you can flatten the ball out and increase speed. Some can do that with resin. If you can adjust speed well and change your release you might be able use the cored poly balls well. Being able to soften up on speed along with surface adjustments and your rev rate might help kick out the corners while flattening it out and increasing your speed should help with corners but they are quite different than a white dot.

What you guys are saying is perfect, its more of a spare ball than a rhino & when I need it to strike it wont deflect like my Tzone due to the core. perfect. I really dont need to scratch it up one bit when the lanes are bad & I can use it for spares at REAL bowling alleys, haha

BTU Pearl offers you a more mild reactive look, but it is still stronger than the sanded plastic options.

ORDERED! Totally pumped. Now I watched a few videos & it looks strong. It LOOKS Rhino strong. I hope its not THIS midlane strong hook as in the videos. Taboo spare was pretty similar back in the day.

My Track Spare + responds fairly well to surface changes for what I'm seeing in the mid-lane. Hopefully the Widow Spare is just as easy to fine tune. It's also an asymmetric core so your PSO should be able to give you a lay out that works best for what you're looking for.

I want to leave it shiny OOB for spares & strikes as needed. Im just hoping what Im seeing in the video isnt OOB strong hook because its definitely moving a lot more than my Tzone would on the fresh, more like a Rhino.

Threw the widow spare at an alley with fairly heavy oil. Compared it to a white dot. Definitely had a little hook at the very end when shooting at the 10. Will have to adjust a bit vs a no core poly spare but it's not way off. Excellent. I'm leaving it oob
Next Will be bringing it to my dry house where I'll be using it for strikes. You can see the core at work... It's gonna hit harder than a normal poly. Can't wait!

Alright used the Widow Spare on my normal house with lighter oil. Acted like a spare ball. haha Perfect. Its NOT like a Rhino, its a great step down for a rhino if you're on sahara desert lanes for strikes or a normal spare on oil.
Very happy with this ball. Definitely hits harder & carries more than no core.
Highly recommend it!
