Title: Your opinions of Brian Graham and the staff from Hammer
Post by: dpunky on April 26, 2005, 06:33:02 AM
Have you ever had a question for Hammer and decided to email them?  I did.  I had a question about the Hammer Challenge, Hammer's version of a demo day, in my area.  He personally emailed me back with good information.  I replied back with a question about drilling layouts for the Real Deal.  He responded back to that email with really detailed information, and also said that he knew the pro shop that I frequent.  His advice helped me pick the right drilling  layout for the Real Deal.  My average has gone up and I've had so much success with the two Hammer bowling balls that I have: Real Deal and the High Rev.  He's made me a believer in Hammer.

I knew Graham when he was college bowling director.  Now he's Brand Manager of Hammer.  All I can say is that he has done amazing things for Hammer.  Ed had the company started in the right direction and Brian has continued strong.  Along with Ron doing their design, definately a reliable, strong group of people!!!

I've asked him a couple of questions, never, have I had to wait more than 12-18 hours for a reply. Always answered my questions and more. I think if more companies had guys like him, they would be better off and have MUCH hpaaire customers.

This coming from a bonafide Track guy...Brian and the whole staff at Ebonite/Hammer are very nice and easy to work with. Never been given a problem when I called up with a question concerning something for a customer. First class people, just like the ones at Track.

I agree, if ALL companies took a look at Track and Ebonite/Hammer, maybe more people wouldn't shy away from a certain brand because of service or the way the were treated.....

Recently I bought a used Vicious Attack. Not sure how to drill it from the Hammer website recommendations, I sent an email and got immediatly a reply by Brian Graham from Ebonite/Hammer. Clear recommendation, very good job and service! Thanks, Brian!

When I leave a review on the ball in some weeks, he surely will get credits for the quick support.

I wonder if he comes to any of the Hammer Challenges (the Hammer demo day)?  I would personally like to thank him for all the good advice he's given me.
