This is an amazing ball,
I drilled this ball with the pin above my bridge and the CG in the Centre of my grip,

This ball gets down the lane easily enough before making a strong turn down lane. Very Versatile ball allows you to play on many patterns but shows its true colours on a Medium Shot, This ball is not as skid snap as the new Curve, But goes a bit longer than the red death, all in all an awesome 3 ball arsenal

I bought this ball back in Mid Jan and had it drilled exactly like my Enriched Urainum and the ball is a lot stronger and a better carry threw. I just love Lane #1 products I also have a storm in the ball has a much better angle to the pocket on the same type lane conditions.

I have had my BD for a month now. My Speed is 17-18 Rev rate matches speed. 325-350. Pap 5 3/8----> 1/2^.
15# 3 oz, 3 1/4 top pin 3-4.

With this ball I was wanting something that would go down long and have a nice even recovery on the back end.
I ended with the pin in the middle of my middle finger, drilled it out, kicked my cg over as far as I could to be inline with my mid grip. I needed a weight hole with this drill. I placed it in the P3 area of the gradient line. 9/16 about 1" deep. statics ended 1/2 finger, 1/2 + side.

This ball clears the heads very very smooth, it has a great read once it encounters the friction, it is not jumpy but it has a very powerful move. I can play a little straighter on the fresh oil, and open it up as the night goes on. The ideal line for it with me is 13 to 5 with a nice arc. But once it dries out I can take it more inside and go 20 to 10 with it. It has a nice recovery if I go out of 10. If you tug it, it holds the line and sits in the pocket.
This ball is very versatile, you can play the lane just about any where and have a good look to the pocket. But for the ball to really shine it needs to be used on med/med heavy oil. It doesn't have the over under that I thought it may have but it rolls very consistant in all phases of the ball.
If you have a RD then this ball is a great complement to it, The line you start with the RD can be followed up with the BD when the RD is to much.
This would be a great addition to anyones bag to get them a great push through the heads like a pearl and the back end of a solid. You will not be disappointed.

Likes:Carry, Carry, and did I mention Carry

Dislikes:That I did not drill it sooner

Once again Lane #1 Strikes with a ball that is a nightmare for both the pins and your opponents alike.  Drilled Pin over the fingers with a weight hole, and held 226 in the summer with it.  The ball is very good @ reading the lanes, and sets nice to the pocket.  And man does this ball hit like a truck, threw 29 in a row for 844 with this ball.  Can get these balls new for $150ish right now, if you have never drilled up a Lane 1 ball, what are you waiting for?

Likes: My BD never fails me. Pulled it out mid wave in the second game of leg and it went to work. Fished that game with a 257 and rolled a 285 the last game.  I can always depend on Lane #1 balls to come threw when I need it. Ended up with a 774 series
