how is your big curve drilled? i've got mine pin above ring finger at 1000 and cleaned with XXX and i'm seeing more hook than at any other level but still not enough for me on my THS.  i would recommend trying a high gloss polish on it if you want to get it further down the lane.  It ran really long for me when i threw some polish on it, so much that i had a lot of trouble getting it to come back up to the pocket in time.

here's my guess... 10 strikes then on the 11th throw getting a big split chopping through the middle and getting a 5, leaving the 3,4,6,7,10 and then chopping off the 3 on the 12th ball giving him a 281. looking like this xxxxxxxxxx51... at least that's the sort of luck i would have, ha...

honest it was that all strikes and that split! lol but i threw some of my car polish on it "mothers" and the ball is exactly how i want it now lol.  Idk how its drilled. But the cg is kicked out and the pin is under ring finger. with a weight hole

Haha, yea i've had that happen to me all too often to know how you got to that score.  what kind of line do you play with that drilling layout?  curious to see where you start with your feet and where over the arrows and how close to the gutter you're throwing.  I'm looking for the opposite that you are and want more hook out of mine.  Thanks

i stand far left and when i throw i try to go between two and three. with a nice arc. when its oily i stand center and throw hard down 2. the ball is drilled really strong and always comes back. even from a gutter ride. lol and b shinn i bowled a tourny awhile back at smyrna lanes in smyrna TN. this girl had K shinn on her shirt> any relations?

alright thanks 2hander.  looks like i'll be getting my ball redrilled.  right now i'm standing one dot left of center and throwing over third arrow, out to about the 8 board and it barely comes back up in time and i throw it faster than average with a lot of revs.  have shot 2 low 700 series with it in league in 5 weeks throwing it, but i want a more dynamic roll out of it, because i am more comfortable throwing the ball from the left side of the lane. (keeps me from pulling my shot across my body) no relation to K. Shinn that i know of.  I'm from Indianapolis, and don't have any relatives in Tennessee that i know of, ha.

ok didnt know, they might not be from here the accent wasn't TN. who knows. but ya my ball when i first got it was working great. then i decided to keep it inside a little more to play safer when there is oil so i had to polish it.
