Brick, we deal with the public.... In these tough times they are concerned about price....... Now as good as I feel the "sauce" is, the fact remains that it is indeed pricy.....

As a real pro shop operator and not a ballreview pretending..... we must deal with this.....

Now Motiv polish comes in a bottle 4 times the size of the sauce, and it cost less.........

Holland made some great points of the cost........

Yes the sauce is a concentrate.....

Now ask yourself this..... How many pro shops do you see selling the sauce....

I see none................................

why.......................

Well maybe it's the price....

So brick, here in the real world, not the ball reviews I'm a bowler / pro shop pretender.... the price matters to real customers...

So when you say "move on.... You are talking "STUPID TALK"

Now if you want to talk STUPID TALK... go right ahead....I'm sure there are some Ball review pretenders that will listen to you....

not me....

now

you getting the point

jls, you have two choices...

1. Buy it for the price it costs

2. Don't buy it

Simple as that.

Brick,,    and it appears from the lack of pro shops carrying the product,  that many have done just that,  not stocking it............

Why even Buddies does not stock the "sauce".......

So brick,  tell me oh wise one.... who is winning here.....

But guess what brick, may I call you brick, old wise one.....

We sure are selling boo koo of Motiv's polish and cleaners.....

And Brick,  I seriously doubt that this polish is being made in someones garage,  so more then likely 3 M is probbaly making it.....

So much of what holland says,  makes sense.......

Now Brick,   carry on and continue to play Mr Pro shop....

Ya real sharp,  don't stock the product cause it cost too much.. Two choices...

Well brick, may I call you Brick...

We do,   but we sell boo koo more Motiv.....<<<<that's a lot....

Check your history ... 3M started off in a building more then half the sizes of our garages today.
I would rather pay for a product I can use a few drops of and then just spray the towel after a few uses and its ready to go show me that with motiv.
As far as paying more for balls polish etc... Where are all the folks that dropped the high dime on quantum ? Can't tell me not a single one of the big b folks here didn't hop on board with them.

Who's whining? Is all criticism whining? If not, what types are not, I'd be curious to find out.

I indicated that I'm a past customer, still happily, of Beans' polish (I own a Lane #1 ball too, but that's beside the point). I indicated that I am dissatisfied with the fact that the price was arbitrarily increased when Lane #1 took over distribution. Maybe at some point someone will see that, analyze before and after sales numbers, and drop the price. Maybe not. In any event, praise and criticism is the point of a forum dealing with product reviews, is it not?

Brick,   to quote sir rags,  reading is a skill,  you should learn it....

Over and over again I have posted that we STOCK the Sauce as well as many other polish's......

Over and Over I have posted about the quality of this product....

Yet you come on this site to play silly games and post your Stupid Talk....

Now as a real pro shop, not a pretender like so many on this site....I have the right to question the cost of any bowling related product.... That affects my cusomers...

Now boy, if you don't like that,  ask me, go ahead and ask me if I care......

You see, you mean nothing to me, actually, less then nothing....

However I do care about giving my customers a good product and a decent price...

And when a product appears to be a little pricy....Especially during these hard times,  I will raise a question as to its cost....

Now boy, go play with someone else, cause you really know nothing about the retail pro shop business...

And it is clear, you have a problem with reading and understanding what you just read.... Your comprehension level is low...............

So stop playing your silly sawhead game,  cause I 'm not bashing their polish...

I'm pointing out its cost has seem to hurt its sales in my shop....

Most companies would like to hear info like this....

As I pointed out,  even BUDDIES, a major online dealer selling their products, does not stock the sauce.....   Golly gee Beaver, I wonder why...

Now Brick, you bore me with your stupidity...  go play with someone else who wants to listen to your nonsense...

Cause I don't

now

are we clear....... Of course it's my line,  you're not smart enough to come up with anything like this....

Your not ready for prime time....

still clear

Holland is a perfect example of what I'm talking about... A customer who has used the Sauce and liked it.... However in these tough times, he now may feel it is not cost friendly....

This may lead him to use another product....

A smart company may want to hear these things about their products sales...

And maybe adjust their cost....

As beans pointed out,  the cost of many highend balls from Lane One has gone down about $40.00 a ball......  why????? Golly gee Beaver,  maybe because of the economy..................... Are you getting this Brick, or should I type
R E A L  S L O W,  for you.......

Now at $14.95 for a 4 oz bottle, compared to just about everyone else selling 4 or 5 oz bottles for about $11.00....  their product is pricy...

And with Motiv's product being in a 16 oz. bottle for about $10.95.... It turns customers heads.....

So you see Brick,  what I'm trying to do here is point out real info  to Beans the National Sales Manager.

Unlike you, who just come to be a suckup....

just so you know

not on topic since others have decided that polish is more important to talk about vs the impending release but

when one can use 1/4 the polish and accomplish the same task, doesnt the higher price warrant itself?

now back to the new ball releases

first ball will be the dynamo x2 hybrid, this is all I know (well that i will talk about until its officially out)I will say its 4k plus polish and supposedly blue in color

the other ball will be unveiled today

SO, the Dynamo X2 Hybrid will be a drier lane ball...or at least I'm assuming because of the 4K / polish finish?
Probably more of a skid/snap reaction to it?

I was told it would fit under the dynamo with both in OOB condtion

I personally keep my dynamo at 4k plus polish (and since we are talking polish, I use the ebo factory refinisher for my polish)  and i absolutely love it at that surface, i can crank it up or i can push it down the lane, and it has no trouble finishing

I will get the new one and take my existing back to OOB and have one for oil one for mediums

I've thrown my friends Dynamo (drilled stacked), and for me it was kind of a "EHH" ball. The reaction was OK, and the carry was OK, but I'm not sure it would be a good ball for me. Maybe if it was drilled differently.
