It's a solid. It's the Bleeder cover that Lane One has used before.

The Lane #1 Pink Panther was a Reactive Solid and had a Symmetrical core.
The O.O.B was 6421 Compound, 2 X Polished

Maybe 4-5 tops. Has no sign of any track on it, perfect shell

It also has the IT in it. Thumb pitches are 0"x0"
