My First Legends Ball - "The Black Pearl"
« on: April 26, 2007, 12:36:55 PM »
My ball driller after many, many years finally talked me into a non-Storm ball.  I figured since he was so ecstatic over the entire Legends/Lanemasters Line I would give the "Black Pearl" a try.  I will post an official review after I've thrown a few games with it. Enclosed are actual pictures.

I have 3 more ball choices for you for the next L/L purchase:

Big Bang particle medium with good backend nice ball will not sell it, it is a keeper and i have shot many 230 pluses with it. That is saying alot since i ended the year at 200 even for average, i will grabbing another  one of these when the right auction comes around.

Kong best broken down heads ball i have for a solid, it never did what they tried to do with it but for lighter mediums with carrydown the ball is top notch. I have 3 of these with different layouts all hook differently and handle dry totally different.

world class reactive for playing up the boards with a huge backend, weird ball too much oil and it is horrible catch the right pattern and this ball will strike all day long. Drilling is paramount for the WCR to work correctly, i got lucky the first try out with my first one and the second one i got i had to make major surface adjustments to get it right for me.
