Lil Story-Customer Service

Let me tell ya about a lil situation that developed over the last few days.

Sooooo, Barry aka mrbowlingnut and I trade balls both used but both with very lil use about 10 games each.  I trade him a Hammer Anger for a Yeah Baby.  Good transaction.

Anyway, the way Barry had it laid out was a bit long pin to PAP for me as I wanted the YB to be a stronger ball so I was going to have my driller plug fully and lay it out stronger.  He did and while drilling SwitchGrip outer sleeve...he notices that the ball seemed under sized.  SwitchGrips get drilled the same depth every time.  He gets out his go/no go diameter rings and checks the ball sure enough it's just barely legal.

Now mind you this ball has not been resurfaced.  so, my driller calls LM/L not sure who he talked to about the situation but they/LM/L don't want a ball that could be resurfaced at a later date to be under sized and illegal.  So, they are sending my driller a brand new 15 lb. Yeah Baby.  

How's that for customer service?

I've been working with the folks at "L/LM" for over a year and a half now, and your experience does NOT surprise me AT ALL !!! Thanx for posting that info !!!

Had only one problem where I called LM/L Customer Service. The young lady who responded (don't recall her name) knew exactly what I was talking about and I received my part within a week. FREE OF CHARGE. Thought that was terrific.

I had a positive customer service experience this week also.  I have a Hornet with only 5 games on it and the bridge cracked.  I have over 15 L/LM balls with many games on them and none have ever shown signs of cracking.  So I called L/LM and asked them what the warranty process was.  After the person who answered the phone took my information Sam Baca got on the phone to talk with me!  He was very concerned that this happened and wanted me to ship the ball back to him (at his expense) so they could take a look at it to try to determine what happened with it.  He also said that they would send me a replacement.  This company has great customer service as well as great products.

they replaced my arrow and sent me a 2 ball tote as well GREAT customer service.

Thats cool i wish i had figured out the dang ball was undersized i would have got a World CLass Particle Pearl out of the deal.

That ball was never touched i find this very interesting and might spec all there stuff that i have that is one drill.

I had a problem with one of the original batches of Yeah Baby's.

It had a very bad colour bleed. The entire coverstock just had a sticky feel and the dye was in lumps on the surface, it was awful. It made the ball unuseable.

Lanemasters replaced it and sent me another all the way to the UK free of charge.

I must say I think they are an amazing company.
