Title: Legends polish...Any good ?
Post by: 302efi on May 04, 2007, 03:42:40 PM
My local shop pretty much gave me all his L&L polish he had out on display today..lol

They just sat on the shelf collecting dust forever, so when I went in today, he was like, "here take all these".

I got about 7 bottles of the polish and about 10 bottles of the extended lenght stuff....

How does the polish compare to the other big ones on the market ?

Gritless I assume ?

Any application tips ?

***I'll prob end up giving away a bottle of the extended length stuff with every used ball I sell now

From all these responses, I now see why he just gave the polish away...

Chad,
I've had good success with them to so far ... and I'd take any EL polish off of your hands since I use it on a couple of mine.

I am not a fan of either the polish or the cleaner from Lanemasters. To be honest, i really hated them both. The polish didnt polish at all. I ended up using half of the small bottle that came with my The Buzz to get a glass finish that a small plop of the Ebonite Factory Polish gives me. And as for the cleaner, it smells way too strong, and it dosnt take off any scuff marks off the ball. IT did remove oil marks, but then again my microfiber towel does that by itself.

the Cleaner stuff is incredible it works like a charm it is not supposed to get scuff marks off the ball as stated above. It has quite the odor to it though so when you use it make sure the area is in the open.
