From my eyes, the BK will handle 3/4 to 1.5 higher level of oil than the Sfx. It is also, in box surface, much flippier, if a semi-dull solid particle could ever be said to be flippy. I liked the reaction of my 1 lb BK soooo much, that I never changed the surface of either my 15 lb or my 16 lb BK to experiment with surface. I am thinking more about doing that now, and you know how I love to do that.
With respect to the original NS, the BK's reaction is sharper and the overall amount of hook is less; both of those, I think, is because the BK flares less overall. Polish + special drills are the only combo that can make an NS flippy and I've yet to see one come anywhere near that reaction.
The NS2 will probably cover the BK, with the smoothness of the NS, plus a little.
The Black Pearl (from the BTM review I just saw today, 10/20) is nt a flippy ball but requires alsmot as much oil as the Terminator to be useful. KInd of annnoys me, that, as I just ordered one. So I assume it will handle even more oil than the BK and the NS.

If the above is all true, I'd say the BP would be your oiler, with the BK just below that and the NS/NS2 being the control version, covering the BK's territory and lapping at the bottom of the BP's lower range of oil handling.
Sfx will cover under that, lapping the bottom of the BK's range.
FYI this issue of BTM also had a review of the Big/R Bang. It seems to be longer than the Wolrd Class Reactive, with the same backend and overall hook. So, it seems the Big/R Bang is to the WCR as the Big Bang is to the World Class.
