I am thinking about buying this ball as a ball for dry lanes, but i am not sure if it will have enough hook for me to use on anything except the odd tournament, especially considering I am a medium-low rev bowler. Also how will this ball compare to my current dry lane ball, the Intense Inferno?
Any help appreciated

My Straight Flush vs my Intense Inferno: a world of difference.
Activator-based balls may go long, may go very long, but it will always hook. My St Flush has a normal drill for a pancake cored ball, just side and finger weight, and it needs very serious, very large amounts of dry before it will make anything resembling a hook. Maybe I just haven't broken it in, but my other Legends balls never needed break-in.
On the same amounts of hook that ST Flush needs for a down and in shot, standing around 15, playign down the 5 board, with the Intense I am standing 30, if I'm luck, trying to get the ball out to 5.
I must view the St Flush as a ball for broken down old wood shots with very little oi or a late squad tournament ball.

I concur ... and layout is very important for what you want it to do; charlest and I have different layouts on our Str Flush and get different reactions (mine is in my profile).
BTW ... Charlest DID post a follow up thread in this forum and compared the two layouts, if you want to go back and find it.
