I've been trying to access the "Marketing Materials" on their website (it's under the "Resources" tab), but keep getting an error that says "You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges." I'd be grateful if you would pass it on that this has been down for three of four days now. Thanks!

I sent an e-mail to Darren Fields at Lane Masters this afternoon addressing the issue.

I will keep you posted as to when he replies.

They must be in the midst of correcting it. For a long while, that URL pointed to some other bizarre webpage. It was obviously hacked. I assume they're changing the permissions or whatnot. I was surprised when we were able to acess those pages myslef.

Here is the portion of my e-mail I got from Darren Fields at Lane Masters.

"We will hopefully have the matter resolved in the next few days. Robbie Morris, our website technician, took another job early in 08 and only works for us part time now, and isn't available as quickly as we sometimes need him. We are still having issues with our lane oil site, www.lanemasters.com, which happens to host the marketng section of our website".
