« on: December 03, 2007, 04:32:40 PM »
I'm just wondering if Lane Masters checks there email. How long does it usually take for them to respond.

Matt,
I've found that calling them and speaking directly OR leaving a voice mail works better (for me) if there is a "time issue". In the past year and a half or so, LEGENDS has become more and more popular and their email volume has increased dramatically ...

Plus being a smaller company they don't have the people/resources to deal with the work load I am guessing.

call them its the best way, expecially if its a technical problem with equipment.

By Email, I've waited as long as 7-10 days for a reply and sometimes they never replied, so as they suggest, call them.

In my experience with Lane Masters, it is by far easier to call them then to e-mail them.  You can usually get ahold of Galen a majority of the time if you need technical assistance.
