I have a two bowling ball roller bag made by Lane Master! About a month ago when packing up from bowling to go home I found one of the wheels just rolled right off the bag. Appears I lost the CAP that held the wheel onto the axle.

Contacted THREASA in the CONTACT AREA at Lane Master and within a week she had the part delivered to my house .. FREE OF CHARGE!

I am very grateful for the excellent service .. there were no question as to HOW IT HAPPENED or HOW LONG DO YOU OWN THE BAG .. just give me your address and we'll get it out to you!

Joe, good to hear about your bag.  While limited, each time I have contacted someone at Lanemasters I have been treated very well, they are a solid company with a great support staff.

Again small companies like LM/L, RG and Visionary lead the way in customer service.  You can't go wrong.

Some companies set distance between themselves and others by doing things like this.

Those company reps reading....these things go a VERY long way!

yea there customer service is good. just wish my shirts would come in i was told that they were on a 3-4 week backorder... well that was january 12th and now march 3rd no shirt and they are still on backorder
