Sure Strike had one of the sharpest backends of any ball I have ever owned.  Not that the Buzz is a slouch but if you're looking for a sharp turn on the back I would choose the SS.  I even redrilled it Rico and it's still a beast.

The Big-R-Bang may also be a choice for you.  More length than the Buzz, dunno about the Sure Strike, but more backend than you can shake a stick at.  For me it was kinda over-under, though, the cover was so clean through the heads and very oil-sensitive down the lane.

I don't have the Sure Strike but I do have the Buzz.  The Buzz is a great medium ball with a very noticeable snap off of friction.  The Buzz could be coming down in price as Lane Masters tries to unload them seeing as how they will be discontinued.  I may eventually end up buying one or two NIB Buzz's to go to when and if my original Buzz goes flat line on me.  Just another lefties opinion.

I throw both. The SS sounds like what you are looking for with the sharper backend. I use the Buzz more often. I must have 200 games on mine and it still hasn't lost any motion to the pocket. But the SS seems to have. Must be the cover-to-core 2 piece construction that makes the difference.
