Added the Lord Field NASTY to my ever growing Lord Field Arsenal.  The NASTY is just that, a very aggressive piece that can cover quite a few boards and is currently my biggest ball, but is still usable on med-heavy.  My THS is Brunswick Anvilanes, they us a modified USBC White with OB outside 5 board.  They oil with a Kegel machine oiling out to 28' and bufing to 40' using Duramax Synergy oil by Tech-Line and Twister Pins.

On this pattern I have been able to use pretty much all my equipment, with the exception of my least aggressive stuff (i.e. Torment and Exodus Pearl.....Pics in Profile).  I have been able to play up 15 board at the arrows out to usually 8-10 at the 40' lane marker.  On this pattern I have been able to miss a touch wide (5-6 board) but have a tendency to leave weak ten pins this way.  If pulled into 11-12, then I still leave the occasional weak ten pin as the ball obviously is sliding more and cannot provide enough traction to carry the corners.

Overall, the NASTY is a very impressive piece of equipment and is my "Go To" ball when enough oil is present to use it effectively.

NASTY (65* X 3-3/8" X 40*, 3" PIN RT OF RF, CG 2" RT OF CL ON MIDLINE, WH AT P3)

PICTURES AND/OR VIDEOS

I have my Nasty Drilled 75 x 3 x 45 with a P3 hole. This Balls is very strong and can definitely handle oil. I can only use this ball on Heavy oil unless I put some polish on it. The good thing about this ball is that it takes to surface changes very well. When using this at OOB on heavy oil this ball gets a very good midlane read and has good continuation in the backend. Very controllable ball for me and is also a very good ball for sport and challenge patterns. I have taken the cover up to 3000 and put some polish on this ball as I don't see heavy oil very often. I like to use this ball on sport and challenge series patterns as it really evens out the lanes. I don't see any over/under with this ball. Another great piece from a Great Company!

COMMENTS
Carry - this ball carries best of the 3 LF balls i own
Likes - (oob i like the hit of the ball but my house shot allows the

ball to burn up very fast) 3k+pol on our house shot was money

for practice today ball went at least 5' farther and was much

much cleaner in front i had more miss room in and out from oob

carried everything near the pocket
Dislikes - in oob the ball is just too much for the ths, i didnt get to

roll this on the synthetic shot at oob so this review is for wood

only will update after next sunday..
Other -  i really like the look of the ball, and when i went to put in

my finger inserts the core of the ball just felt really dense and

rough which i liked looked like gravel ha ha ... and shot for shot

this ball carried better than my judgment and hacker, but in oob

the ball has 1 game for me max , at 3k i am sure i can use all 3

and just move deeper...
