Bad news
« on: October 11, 2013, 03:13:34 PM »
First a little info on my game. I am a low rev and low/ med speed player. My axis is 2 over and 5/8 up. Bowling on two leagues this year a ths and a league that bowls on beaten path. My problem with most of my equipment now is that it generally hooks at my feet. I have tried numerous layouts and companies, but all with the same result. MY current aresonal includes a track 607a, hot sauce pearl, green misfit, and storm iq solid. Every ball except the misfit just hooks way to much in the back for me to throw for more than one game. My misfit is very smooth but generally not strong enough for me to use until the lanes breakdown.
My bad news is layed out 60x4x30. So far I have found this bal layout combination to be idea for my game. This ball allows me to start further right than anything in my current bag. I find it to be very smooth at the breakpoint and receptive to numerous hand positions. It also allows me to move in as the oil breaks down but I never see a huge jerking motion when the ball hits the dry. Stays very smooth off the spot. This ball is going to fit into my aresonal great it gives me what I love about my misfit which is being able to control the pocket, with about 4-5 more boards of overall hook. Looking forward to seeing how it rolls on beaten path Monday. So far I am enjoying the products and the people/ culture I am seeing out of lord field. Hope this review is helpful.
