You guys out here need to try a Burning Up, I got mine a few days ago, it came in 4000 Matte finish, I took it the rest of the way up too a Shinny 4000 and tossed a pair of 247's on 100% Synthetic THS lanes. For me this ball has about 2 1/2 inches of Flare, can't wait to try it tomorrow night in a THS 50/50 Wood/Synthetic house.

Burning up is a hidden treasure. I double it as my spare ball as well. When the lanes are toasted this ball still keeps its energy and hits very well. Also a great ball to use on short patterns. Smooth and predictable.

I almost ordered it a few weeks ago and decided to hold off. I bowled on the Kegel Boardwalk pattern this weekend and definitely could have used it.

Thinking about ordering this or a pin hacker really need something for the burn but a little indecisive. Have been throwing a misfit on the burn now. Which would you guys suggest

The Burning Up, don't drill this ball strong, it does flare a bit more than your Dad's Urethane.

do you need a lot of hand for this piece?

I don't and it works well on my THS. It is drilled 70* X 4-3/8" X 35*
