They really arent too strong. The layouts we could suggest will counter balance the strength or enhance it based on what you want. Also the numbers dont reflect the hook potential as you think they would. Its not that our stuff hooks a million boards its the angle and power that which our equipment enters the pins

I havent seen you on the facebook page pat, but yes the most common misconception with our products is that they hook too much. Like i said previously its the angle and the hitting power and what makes our stuff so great is that they do have the potential for a large amount of angle  if you need it for tighter patterns or longer patterns. The angle and power with our equipment is unmatched on a ths from what i have seen. My friend who is a good bowler and throws ebonite averages around 230 and has never thrown one of our products takes a torment and throws it in his league from a testdrive and shoots 827 without even knowing what the ball was gonna do. True Story.

I have been on Lord Field staff since March of 2012, and can be seen posting on the Lord Field Facebook page frequently.

Not to hijack the thread, but just as a matter of comment. As a low rev senior lefty really struggling on a horrible house condition this year that's designed to take the left side out of play, I read this thread with great interest. If I had the proverbial nickel for every supposed powerhouse machine to generate some backend for low rev players, I could have retired by now. And on top of that, you want us to wait until April 15? In my industry it's called Vaporware.
I am however intrigued by the fact that you brought something out below Rg 2.50, which is where I need to be with my style of bowling, at least with today's merely human equipment. So ok, I will put this on my radar, although I will have bought all my gear and stuff before April. For curiosity though, what will the specs be at 14 pounds?

Again, please don't take this post in an incorrect manner, I mean no disrespect. However, the proof will be in the proverbial pudding, will it not? Plus, I don't think I have ever heard the words particle and angle used together in a sentence... Isn't particle known to smooth out the reaction, one reason why it is a taboo word in today's coast-to-coast mentality...

Particle and angular is what you will get with the Judgement. For a heavy oil piece the  Higgs Force is pretty strong down lane and is particle.

I believe our manufacturer has created a formula that combines the smooth continuous down lane reaction of the classic particle and made it their own and made create alot more angle and hitting power goibg through the pins with also coverstocks that last and with low maintenance costs

In that case, you'd own the world. Now, add whiter teeth and remote pacemaker control coming in a future maintenance release... :)

Ok, enough kidding. It would be interesting. We'll wait to see.

I rolled both of these at a demo in Sacramento, CA. They belong to a staffer, but were sitting on the rack just begging to be thrown. So I did. LOL. The Judgement was drilled rico. The Higgs Force was a control layout(I think). I was highly impressed with the Judgement. Had a great move off the breakpoint and carried well. The higgs had a solid roll with more arc and good carry too.

Hey everyone! Don't let the particle coverstocks fool you. Like ryan24 mentioned above, these balls have great continuation. What has impressed me the most so far out of all my LF pieces is the continuation through the rack and hitting power.

I have my Korrupt drilled and practiced a little bit with it. The layout is 45x3 3/8x45. For me it has a terrific motion to the pocket. It does not over react but it has a very smooth yet strong move to the pocket and destroys the pins.

Rich,

Can you comment further on what lane condition its suited for, length, backend and midlane read in comparison to other releases?

I drilled my Korrupt a couple of days ago. It has a very unique roll with good backend motion. I have about 10 games on it but the conditions were not ideal for the strong cover and core. I will get at least 30 games on it this week in different houses to get a good feel for the ball and post a full review.

Have thrown the Korrupt 3 league nights now. 740, 723 and 673 with no practice and a bad first game. This ball is strong. We have had heavy oil on our house shot lately and this ball is perfect for the condition. More to come.

I received my Korrupt last week and have thrown 3 times on 3 different conditions. All were THSs with a different amonts of wear. I practiced on two worn conditions and threw it in league on a fresh, newly laid shot. On the fresh shot it was money for about a game and a half. I am a power-tweener and step down in equipment and try and hold line. During the practice sessions, I did move with the piece for the whole game. I like to find range in practice and hold line during league play. A couple things I have pulled from the first week.

First, the ball is strong overall. Not just at the spot. It continues well even on the worn patterns.

Second, it does not over hook unless you make it. Sure I didn't throw a strike every time it went down the lane, but it didn't surprise me with a jump or roll out on a well thrown shot.

Last, just like any ball with surface, you have to take care of it. It picks up a sheen quick. I clean every time it comes out, but I could see it affecting performance if not taken care of.

Overall it is a strong heavy pattern ball. It rivals the Taboo Solid and Nexus Solid pf that were in my bag. I look to have a video up on YouTube in the next couple of weeks. I know that there are already a few up. Looking forward to getting this ball on some sport conditions to see how it does.

I agree about the strength of the ball.... It is clean through the fronts for me and reads the midland exceptionally well..and the backend is sharp for me..they have been running sport shot tournaments on the lanes we bowl on for Saturdays so they double strip the back ends and I'll tell you this ball will fly off the spot on clean backs.. I love the ball just have to know when to put it away.
