I would greatly appreciate input on how to use Abralon sanding pads by hand?  I believe I read some where that they should be used only with a wet application? If this is the case, I would assume you wet the sanding pad, correct?  Or can they be used with a DRY application?  I would also assume you should utilize a circular motion on the ball?  Thanks in advance....

I would suggest you never dry sand.  Dry sanding creates a dust that may harm you if you breath it.
