1-2 Punch

I am looking for a nice 1-2 punch for my house league. I have narrowed it down to either:  Victory Road Solid and Victory Road Pearl or Ransom Demand and Eruption. Any Opinions on which combo would be better to go with?

This is a tough one for me.  I haven't thrown the Victory Roads, but I had a T-Road Pearl and a HyRoad (same core as the Victory Roads) and loved both of those balls.  Right up there in my all-time top 10.  I don't think you can go wrong with those as a 1-2 punch.
 
That being said, I have a Ransom Demand now and that ball is very bit as good as Bowling This Month said it is.  Works on everything but dry.  Maybe the best I've ever thrown... And I saw the Eruption in action last week and that ball looks great, too.
 
If I had to choose between the two I'd go with the C300. But I'd love to hear from others.

i could be alittle biased but i think your Ransom Demand/Eruption combo is more of a 1-2 punch just cause the reactions are completely different where the Victory Roads share the same weight block with a different cover.

I am a big fan of the Victory Road pearl but I would say it can be finicky for me at times.   When conditions are right, it is awesome 2nd ball with a snappy back end.  When conditions are not quite right (such as too much oil carry down), I go to my HY-Road instead as it has more arcy / predictable shape for me as a second ball.  Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the replies. I think I am pretty much sold on the Demand, but I don't know about the Eruption. Maybe I should look at the Hyroad, or what about the Nomad Dagger and the Demand?
