Summer tour

I have a question for anyone who know the rules. I am a sub for a league right now. My question is, am I eligible to do the summer tour?

What summer tour???  If you are talking about the PBA, there is no summer tour.

If you're talking about Regionals....when I signed up for one, I had to send proof of my 200+ average.  That was all I had to do..oh and come up with $250...most expensive lesson I've ever had.
