16. Do you practice? (how many games a week) Yes 10 - 30 depending on the time of year

18. How many leagues do you bowl in? 5 - 3 House, 1 Sport, 1 PBA Experience

20. Do you have any desire to be a bowling coach? Yes - I just finished Level 1 & will be taking the Bronze in June in Vegas

Used to bowl a bunch of ladies scratch tourneys, none left. I bowl 10-15 tournaments a year, mostly handicap.

No PBA - PWBA - highest finish 3rd.

8. No, I've been lucky to have free access to coaches through my junior program.
9. Yes. Scratch tournaments on all three levels (local, provincial, national). Let's say, a dozen or so total a year.

10. No.
11. Yes. I attended a PBA hosted 3-day clinic (Brian Voss / Mike Edwards) back when the PBA visited Canada on a yearly basis. I have also attended the USBC Level 1 and Level 2 coaching clinics.
12. Yes, I would like to, if something came up in Canada. Maybe a USBC Bronze?

13. Yes: now that I am an adult I would like to continue to have tournament success on all levels. Someday, maybe Team Canada. It is also my goal to continue to participate in Sport leagues as long as they are still offered here. I think it would be pretty cool to try a couple PBA qualifiers once I am comfortable with tougher conditions.
14. I live in the state of denial. I also live in Canada.
15. I visit pba.com as well as most ball manufacturing websites, and bowling instruction sites such as bowl4fun.com and bowlingknowledge.com
16. I try to practice as much as I can, let's say 12-15 games a week on average.
17. This is purely a judgment call. As a youth last year, I won a provincial tournament qualifier to go to Nationals. You can decide how you want to count that.
18. Two leagues.
19. Yes.
20. I already am a coach. USBC Level 1/2 certified. First year working with the junior program, giving back what I can to the programs that gave so much to me.
