All these BIGTIME bowlers on here
« on: September 29, 2013, 07:50:07 AM »
Since there are so many BIGTIME bowlers on here who boast their scores ...20 300 games...5 800 series....State finalist.....winner of tournaments etc......put your name on here so we can look it up and see the greatness. My achievements are listed online so yours should be also. Mine are four 300 games in 3 different houses with one being in a tournament and 11 strikes in row. I dont have an 800 series. When I see the BIGTIME bowlers aka BIG MOUTHS put their names up here I will to.

Who said anything about being big time on here anyway?

I responded to the shot 12 took at me by listing my honors achievements from last season in my post about scoring fascination. My apologies to all who have been dragged into it via this post. We responded with our opinion (perhaps a little harshly) of 12s actions and he got upset. No one to my understanding has bragged about being better than him.

Seeing as this post is directed at Long Gone, Northface, myself and possibly a few others I have put my bowler id number up, I would like to see 12s number. And if I don't I understand that too.

8699-0007.  Funny, the guy asking for everybody's number didn't post his own.  Laughable, to be sure.
Long Gone also posts the honest truth which is why i respect him. He posts these things knowing some may not like it.

I shot 300 once. People with averages 15-30 pins lower have far more then me.

average is not always the best tool to determine a bowlers skill, to many variables. Acheivments are not the best way either, we all know of houses that are notoriously low scoring.

Not at all. Its number of games. The higher the average the more likely your odds of a 300. Well if you bowl 1 day a week your limited to roughly 108 games a season. Which means at 225 average you should mathematically bowl one 300 every 1.5 seasons. If you average less and bowl 3 days a week your odds are lower but your games are higher.

I hope to bowl two leagues a week but it isn't likely. I make the most of what I have. Numbers mean very little in perspective. People know who the good bowlers are. That is all there is to it. On here everyone is great....right?

I've had my # before in my profile..took it off for some reason. 756-622 is mine. Generally considered a tougher than average THS, been able to take advantage of what the pattern gives me sometimes.

5900-1840.  Not really sure why you'd want to spend so much time looking up honor scores on house shots . . and lol at LGD . .

USBC id 8675-3099

I feel bad because I actually looked it up.  And then after I caught on, was even more surprised someone has that number.

Just to add

ID# 2222-1050

I really wasnt interested in mainzers id # or any of the rest... I was curious as to the other big talkers on who apparently either gave wrong id #'s or tucked their tails and ran home. Which is exactly what I thought would happen. I only looked at one ID # and of course it was wrong. I see someone else did the jenny jenny phone #8675309 etc....

I saw the same thing on mine.  I did sub in a Friday night league a few times but no more than 3 nights (9 games) at most but I have 45 games on that league and a 195 avg....?  LOL USBC or LOCAL "paper submitter"   :P
