Just wanted to inform everyone that this week/end is the Intercollegiate Team Championships, formerly known as the intercollegiate bowling championships.  The top 16 mens and womens teams will be competing for the Helmer Cup and become National Champions.  For further details and schedule of events check out the bowl.com site as it will be updated throughout the tournament.  Collegebowling.com should also have some updates.

I might try to stop by later today, since I only live about 2 minutes from there.  Cherry Bowl is a house that's known for lousy carry.  The surface is garbage, but that will be changing soon with the installation of HPL lanes.  I haven't looked at the scores, but I imagine that they are pretty good due to the level of talent.

Defintely not new HPL.  60 ft. of Gaurdian.  Scores are low, but that is expected because Kegel is doing the lanes and it is a sanctioned sport pattern.  Our team led qualifying, now onto Friday's matchplay to take care of business.  I reccommend that anyone who wants to see some intensity and tension in bowling come by Friday to watch matchplay.
