Title: anyone keeping personal data/stats from this year?
Post by: xrayjay on March 23, 2015, 12:04:12 PM
What was your results?

Coming off a long 19 months break, I struggled with spares in the first half. Both single and multiple pin leaves. But after the holidays, I worked on my spare game. Work still in progress......

Single pins:
First half 79%
Second Half 94%
Total 86.5%

Multi pins (non split)
First half 75%
Second half 90% (still struggling with 3,6,10  :P)
Total 82.5%

Also, in the past 5 seasons I took stats, I've always had a lower average for the second game vs the first and last games. This year, I am 6 pins better vs the first game, and 7 pins better than my last game.

First ball average is 9.22 pins...

Finally, I need to work on my spare game. I want to be able to throw the spare ball for the left side spares like I did before. One year I was 33 out of 35 on 7 pins and 85 out of 92. This year I'm 29 out of 36 on 7 pins and 54 out of 72 on 10 pins. Most of my misses were in the first half. A lot of work still needs to be done on my spare game for now.....

I have not found an app for the iphone I like yet. I do like strike out stats but that is android based and I do not always have my tablet on me.

I use Best Bowling Free, but didn't realize the detail it had. Only been tracking score/series. Will do the details in summer league to see how it goes.

I didn't mean to jack your post - sorry!

What app you using? It seems to keep track good enough.
