Title: Ball Drill Question

Could someone tell me what the commone response of balls that are drilling with the pin kicked out to the right of the ball and not over the fingers...

It would depend on the bowlers PAP. Horizontal pin placement in relation the fingers doesn't matter much, it's the pin distance from the PAP.

Okay - I thought kicking the pin out to the right would cause a certain response in balls.. Either - become very aggressive, weak, angler, or something...

In general, the ball will roll up earlier.  How much will depend on the ball and you specs.

Pin placement to PAP is Key. This gets into the realm of dual angle. Enter bowlingchat.net. and look into the wiki for dual angle and ball track flare to get an understanding of how they relate.
