What is the best grit polish for house conditions?
a) to go long and end
b) most aggressive
c) least aggressive (probably plastic right?)

not sure exactly what you're asking.
what the best grit to finish your ball?
or
what's the best polish to use to shine your ball?

Both the grit and the polish depend on the ball, how it's drilled, how you throw it (delivery specs), the lane surface and the oil pattern/amount. There is obviously no one solution.
