Title: Ball Review Template

Ebonite Freak Reloaded brought up a good point in another topic about how there should be a template for ball reviews so that they would have some mandatory important information for readers to base a decision on.  What information should be included to make a good, useful ball review?

Yeah, then the readers can rate the reviews, so others can see at a glance how helpful the information was.  I think it'll also cut down on the amount of "THIS BALL IS AWESOME SHOT 300 OUT OF THE BOX YOU NEED ONE," type comments.  Bowlingballreviews.com has a nice setup, but it's too restricive on the choices it gives you.
